I push my arms against the weight of my future as the weight of my past pushes me
I squat to preserve, enhance, and improve the alabaster desire that are my thighs
I run against the pavement, each crack a person who deconstructed and denied me.
I crunch against time to give definition to the hips you’ll soon hold on to.
I desire not to fit the puzzle pieces of the paper dolls
or the people that so desperately let paper define them.
I do this
so my
Soulful body and mind
will
be aligned.
So I did my little Push It workout again today. It went like this:
Me: *walking* *panting*
iPod: My head explodes and my body aches! PUSH IT!!!
Me: AAHHHH! *runs* I hate you, Shirley. I…*pant*…hate…*wheeze*…you….*collapses*
Once you are done the Push It workout, you have a few choices for what…
My friend Meghan is awesome and came up with a workout to Garbage and Bush Songs. Sweet.
